Dinner Meeting & Scholarship Presentation

Please join The Committee of 100 for the May Dinner Meeting and scholarship presentation at University and Whist Club.

For the evening’s program, after the scholarship presentation we will be joined by a panel of experts to discuss the state of the solar market in Delaware.

The panelists include:
Dale Davis, President of CMI Solar & Electric
Brett Swan, Planner III Energy Policy at DNREC Division of Climate, Coastal and Energy
Jocelyn Tyler, Manager DER Interconnection at Pepco Holdings



About the panelists:
Dale Davis is the President of CMI Solar & Electric which provides installations of solar electric power systems. Davis formed CMI in 1998 and serves on several boards such as; the State of Delaware Renewable Energy Task Force, Governor’s Energy Advisory Committee and President of the Delaware Solar Energy Coalition.

Brett Swan is a Planner III focused on energy policy at DNREC’s Division of Climate, Coastal and Energy. He previously served at the Green Energy Fund Manager at DNREC and has a Master’s in Public Administration from University of Delaware.

Jocelyn Tyler is the Manager of DER Interconnection at Pepco Holdings. She oversees Community Solar and Interconnections in Delaware and has been in the utility industry for about 15 years. Tyler is an alumna of Oregon State University and obtained a Master’s degree from George Mason University.
