Committees
The strength of The Committee of 100 has always been the expertise of its members. That expertise is at work in The Committee of 100 committees. Member-companies, firms, and organizations share their employees' expertise because they share The Committee of 100 mission of keeping Delaware's economy healthy. A healthy economy not only helps member businesses, but also, provides the resources necessary to support every part of our community that enhances quality of life, from infrastructure to education, from the environment to the arts, from health care to recreation, from public safety to social services. Our members bring a wide-ranging expertise to these issues that allows The Committee of 100 to continue its history of being informed about, and bringing balance to, every issue it addresses.
Our committees are organized into internal and external committees
• Internal Committees are those relating to the operations of The Committee of 100 including Annual Auction, Membership and Programs.
• External Committees are those engaged in public policy issues including Economic Development, Education & Scholarship, Environment & Energy, Land Use, and Transportation.
Members of The Committee of 100 are welcome to serve on as many committees – internal or external – as they wish.
